It is noted that the participation of employees in the management of the enterprise creates a legal way of realizing the socio-economic interests of members ofthe labor collective.Стаття присвячена аналізу поняття трудового колективу в законодавств нашої державитак і доктрині права, визначена роль даного суб’єкту в процесі управління підприємством,виокремлено проблеми визначення трудового колективу як окремого суб’єкта трудових відносин.Зазначено на шляхах вирішення відповідних проблем.
