У даній статті було досліджено розвиток українського протестантизму, його регіональні відмінності, конфесійну мапу і з'ясовано, які відгалуження є найбільш відкритими до ґендерних відносин, а які досі перебувають під стереотипами патріархату в релігії.The article dedicated to the problem of analysis of gender in the religious sphere, exactly in the denominations of Protestantism in Ukraine territory. This article explored development of Ukrainian Protestantism, regional differences and confessional map. It was clarified which branches are the most open to gender relations, and which are still under the stereotypes of patriarchy in religion. Since the second half of the twentieth century the interest in the issues of gender equality in religion had been on the rise, because it formed and created some prejudices and stereotypes. The beginning of the XXI century is characterized by activation of gender studies. This is caused by the special dynamics of social development in which estimates of female and male roles in society have deeply revised. The appearance of a gender approach in humanities researches is becoming an integral part of the study of a particular field of knowledge. Modern Christianity represented three directions diverge on the question of the role of women in the life of the Church and the world. Position of women in the world today does not meet the requirements of justice, is due to the role that the church actually assigns women. This includes long-debated questions about giving women the right to be priests. It is a question of women's ordination was in the epicenter of attention and caused heated discussion in various religious organizations, becoming an outstanding challenge for many of them. The view of most orthodox priests on this question is conservative sometimes. The church accepted woman as a sister or mother. In the Orthodox Church also denied women the right to church dignity, and the debate about women's ordination were less intense than among Catholic theologians, priests and parishioners, but some Orthodox theologians and priests emphasize the importance of a dialogue on this issue within the Orthodox tradition. Protestant understanding of pastoral ministry is markedly different from the Orthodox and Catholic. Protestantism from the beginning of its development is focused on a different attitude and attitude to customary and traditional attitudes to Christianity.ukСтаття
