Relevance of the research. The experience of social interaction and the adherence to humanistic ideals in times of the Russian occupation period demonstrated the valuable essence of Christian churches in Irpin, shifting the differences in dogmatic postulates and religious and ritual practices to a secondary level, thus recognising them merely as external forms of their denomination. The echoes of those events, despite their distance in time, still leave their mark on the collective memory and traumatic personal experiences of the inhabitants of the region. The purpose of the article is to highlight the public and individual experiences of social communication of Christian denominations in Irpin, Bucha district, Kyiv region, during the Russian-Ukrainian war. Conclusions. The town of Irpin, located in the Kyiv region, was religiously diverse at the time of the Russian invasion in February 2022. Christianity was represented by all denominations, with Protestantism holding a dominant position. One of the Protestant churches in the town – the Irpin Bible Church - initially sheltered local residents in its basement rooms, which were equipped as a refuge, at the onset of the open phase of the war. Later, the church operated as a volunteer centre with a planned evacuation of civilians. In early March 2022, the priest of the Greek Catholic parish of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary addressed the Irpin Bible Church for help with evacuating his parishioners (about 30 people), who had been sheltering in the basement room of the church up to that time. The local Roman Catholic community also provided support to the residents of Irpin. For some time after the de-occupation of the Kyiv region, the parishioners and clergy of the Greek Catholic community gathered here for prayer. During the period of gradual restoration of social and cultural life in the town, further interfaith dialogue and cooperation continued within the framework of the Interfaith Council of Churches of Irpin and the Irpin region, which was established in 2014. One of the main tasks of this public body, which includes all Christian denominations of the town, is to coordinate social services in the form of assistance with funds or repair work for the restoration of damaged or destroyed homes of their believers and organise the distribution of food packages and various humanitarian aid to those in need, among other activities.ukрелігійні громадиміжконфесійний діалогхристиянськийцеркваІрпіньІрпінська Біблійна Церквавійнажиттяreligious communitiesinterfaith dialogueChristianchurchIrpinIrpin Bible Churchwarlife«Межі релігії просто стерлись...»: міжконфесійна солідарність громади м.
