The author defnes the main purpose of providing scientifc and advisory software of the activities of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, and establishes the basic principles of scientifc and advisory support to the administration of justice in the supreme judicial body of the country. The article states that the purpose of scientifc and advisory maintenance of the activity of the Supreme Court of Ukraine is to create necessary conditions for the efective implementation by the Supreme Court of Ukraine their functional authorities by introducing the aggregate consulting, organizational and informational events. The author believes that the legality, professionalism, consistency, efciency, completeness and objectivity are the principles of scientifc and advisory support of the activities of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.The principle of legality scientifc and advisory software system to ensure the activities of the Supreme Court of Ukraine can be defned as normative requirement that obliges all those involved in the system scientifc and advisory software system to ensure the activities of the Supreme Court of Ukraine to apply the rules of the Constitution, legislation should not contradict the Basic Law. scientifc and advisory software system to ensure the activities of the Supreme Court of Ukraine enable the Supreme Court of its powers.
