The compositional design of advertising is characterized by the desire for brevity. The set of tools includes lexical units with positive connotations, colloquial units, phraseological units and metaphors at the lexical and stylistic level, and motivational and interrogative sentences at the syntactic level. Hyperbole, ellipsis, and parallel constructions are the most productive distinguishing features of English-language advertising. The variants of phraseological units in the English-language advertising of tourist services represent a change in the structural and semantic features of phraseological units. Transformed phraseological units help to focus attention on the beauty of the city, its attractions, present unusual characteristics of attractions.
