The research’s object is political catchphrases while the subject is political slogans of the USA from 1840 to 2020. The works of eminent linguists, including from Ukraine such as O. Bylinska, A. Kovalevska, and N. Kutuza, as well as from other countries, including Falk Hartig, G. Hare, and C.
