Обгрунтовується положення, що емоційний інтелект обумовлює формування структури психологічної культури особистості у різних видах діяльності, особливо військовій, опосередковуючи емоційне ставлення людини до реалізованої активності. Доводиться, що емоційний інтелект у структурі психологічної культури особистості виконує оціночно-прогностичну, емоційно-комунікативну, регулятивну, мотивуючу, рефлексивно-корекційну та ін. функції, специфіка реалізації яких обумовлена його афективно-інтелектуальними взаємозв'язками з когнітивними, ціннісно-смисловими особливостями особистості. Підкреслюється важливість управління емоціями та їх осмисленням. Вказується, що оптимальний рівень психологічної культури та емоційного інтелекту зокрема переважно знижують емоційне вигорання в стресогенних видах військової діяльності. Емоційний інтелект представлений у регуляції прийняття рішень в умовах міжособистісних взаємодій, що моделюються у діяльності офіцерів НГУ, наступним чином: він пов'язаний з оцінкою прийнятності результатів і включений у співвіднесення таких складових особистісного вибору, як спрямованість на вирішення ситуації невизначеності та врахування її емоційного контексту. Емоційний інтелект у військових, зокрема офіцерів НГУ, пов'язаний з такими особистісними змінними, як академічний інтелект, раціональність, готовність до ризику, властивості саморегуляції; ці змінні стають предикторами в залежності від етапу вирішення прогностичних завдань, динаміки змін умов невизначеності, п'ятірки (екстраверсія, злагода, сумлінність, емоційна стабільність, відкритість досвіду), пов'язані зі шкалами ЕІ, але не виступають предикторами багатоетапних виборів вчинків. Підкреслюється, що лідерство у військовій сфері відіграє особливу роль, оскільки є нагальна потреба у висококваліфікованих офіцерських кадрах, які спроможні успішно виконувати бойові завдання та майстерно управляти своїм підрозділом. Державна програма розвитку Збройних Сил України ставить метою набуття ними спроможностей для ефективного реагування на загрози національній безпеці у воєнній сфері, обороні України, захисту її суверенітету, територіальної цілісності і недоторканності. У той же час, дослідження теми військового лідерства в Україні ще тільки починається.The article analyzes the importance and role of emotional intelligence in human life, in particular the officer of the National Guard of Ukraine. It is substantiated that emotional intelligence determines the formation of the structure of psychological culture of personality in different activities, especially military, mediating a person's emotional attitude to realized activity. It is argued that emotional intelligence in the structure of psychological culture of personality performs evaluative-prognostic, emotional-communicative, regulatory, motivating, reflexive-corrective, etc. Functions, the specificity of which is due to its affective-intellectual interconnections with cognitive, value-semantic characteristics of personality. The difficulty with emotions management and their comprehension is emphasized. It is indicated that the optimal level of psychological culture, and emotional intelligence in particular, mainly reduce emotional burnout in stressful types of military activity. Emotional intelligence is presented in the regulation of decision-making in the conditions of interpersonal interactions, modeled in the activities of NGU officers as follows: it is related to the assessment of the acceptability of the results and included in the correlation of such components of personal choice as the focus on solving the situation of uncertainty and taking into account its emotional context. Emotional intelligence in the military, including NGU officers, is associated with such personal variables as academic intelligence, rationality, risk readiness, self -regulation properties; These variables become predictors depending on the stage of solving the prognostic problems. dynamics of changes in uncertainty conditions. Five (extraversion, harmony, honesty, emotional stability, openness of experience) are associated with the scales of EI, but do not act as predictors of multi -stage choices. It is emphasized that the leadership in the military sphere plays a special role, as there is an urgent need for highly qualified officers who are able to successfully perform combat tasks and skillfully manage their unit. The State Program for the Development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine aims to acquire their ability to effectively respond to threats to national security in the military sphere, the defense of Ukraine, to protect its sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability.
