It is emphasized that current realities require the integration of the security dimension into all areas of economic activity.The study analyzes the shift in Ukraine’s strategic priorities in response to wartime challenges: support for small and medium-sized enterprises, the strengthening of public-private partnerships, implementation of grant programs, and the stimulation of infrastructure recovery. The role of international assistance, diplomacy, and Ukraine’s participation in international reconstruction programs is highlighted. The interrelation between economic security and social processes is explored, especially in terms of maintaining a middle class, trust in state institutions, and citizen participation in decision-making.At the level of the European Union, the article considers the transformation of security policy, particularly through the adoption of the Strategic Compass, which envisions the active application of economic instruments in the security sphere, the creation of rapid response forces, the enhancement of cybersecurity, and expanded defense cooperation with Ukraine. The importance of bilateral security agreements is underscored, as they represent the institutional embodiment of the security economy concept in practical terms.In conclusion, the article asserts that achieving sustainable development amid wartime and post-war challenges requires a combination of economic reforms with social adaptation, innovative technologies, and deep European integration.У статті досліджено формування концепції безпекової економіки в контексті повномасштабної війни Росії проти України та її вплив на економічну політику як України, так і країн Європейського Союзу. Акцентовано, що сучасні реалії вимагають інтеграції безпекового виміру в усі сфери економічної діяльності. Проаналізовано зміну стратегічних пріоритетів України у відповідь на воєнні виклики: підтримка малого та середнього бізнесу, активізація державно-приватного партнерства, впровадження грантових програм та стимулювання відновлення інфраструктури. Окреслено роль міжнародної допомоги, дипломатії та участі України у міжнародних програмах відбудови. Розкривається взаємозв’язок між економічною безпекою та соціальними процесами, зокрема – збереженням середнього класу, рівнем довіри до державних інституцій, участю громадян у прийнятті рішень.На рівні Європейського Союзу розглянуто трансформацію безпекової політики, зокрема через ухвалення «Стратегічного компасу» (Strategic Compass), що передбачає активне застосування економічних інструментів у сфері безпеки, створення сил швидкого реагування, зміцнення кіберзахисту, а також розширення оборонного співробітництва з Україною.
