Охарактеризовано склад та зміст архівних інформаційних ресурсів нового типу, визначено їхню роль і значення у формуванні Національного реєстру електронних інформаційних ресурсів, наведено періодизацію процесу інноваційних запроваджень в архівну справу. Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на стратегіях порівняння, типології, принципах історизму, соціального підходу. В основу логіки викладу матеріалу покладено проблемно-історичний принцип, що дозволяє у відповідній послідовності розкрити основні процеси зазначеної проблеми. Наукова новизна розвідки пов’язана з тим, що на сучасному етапі розвитку архівної справи питання використання інформаційних ресурсів Національного архівного фонду України набули надзвичайної актуальності. Необхідність їхнього ретроспективного розгляду зумовлена посиленням значення інформації (у тому числі архівної) в інформаційному суспільстві. Підкреслено, що організація використання архівної інформації є інтеграційним фактором усіх інших напрямів роботи архівів, вона зближує архівні установи всіх типів і рівнів, підносить їхню роль в усіх сферах суспільного життя. У ХХІ ст. постійно зростає суспільна потреба в документній інформації, неухильно збільшується кількість її споживачів, урізноманітнюються форми й засоби поширення архівної інформації, удосконалюються її технічні можливості, що відповідають міжнародному принципу «відкритому суспільству – відкриті архіви».The article considers the most important directions and forms of use of archival information, the needs of users, and also substantiates the importance of informatization of archival institutions of Ukraine. The composition and content of archival information resources of a new type are characterized, their role and significance in the formation of the National Register of Electronic Information Resources are determined, and the periodization of the process of innovative implementations in archival affairs is also given. The research methodology is based on comparison strategies, typology, principles of historicism and a social approach. The logic of the presentation of the material is based on the problem-historical principle, which allows revealing the main processes of the specified problem in the appropriate sequence. The scientific novelty of the study is due to the fact that at the current stage of development of archival affairs, the issues of using information resources of the National Archival Fund of Ukraine have become extremely relevant. The need for their retrospective consideration is due to the growth of the importance of information (in particular archival) in the information society. It is emphasized that the organization of the use of archival information is an integration factor of all other areas of the work of archives, it unites archival institutions of all types and levels, increases their role in all spheres of public life.
