Політологічний вісник(91), 229–237. https://doi.org/10.17721/2415-881x.2023.91.229-23710.17721/2415-881x.2023.91.229-237https://ir.library.knu.ua/handle/15071834/18800The article attempts a political science analysis of the features of humanitarian policy as a direction of state policy, the specifics of the implementation of international humanitarian policy, as well as the correlation of national sustainability and humanitarian policy of the state.It was found that humanitarian policy is based on the recognition of inalienable human rights, including the right to a decent life for everyone, regardless of national, racial, religious, age, gender, individual or social characteristics. The humanitarian sphere unites the following policies: cultural, religious, science policy, educational policy, health care and policy in the field of tourism, sports and physical culture. One of the most effective tools for coordinating the above policies may be the state’s strategic communications system.It has proven that state humanitarian policy personifies a social phenomenon and is always associated with the specifics of civil society. The main goal of Ukraine’s modern humanitarian policy is to maximize the potential of every person and create decent conditions for the realization of all his intellectual and creative potential. Ukraine’s humanitarian policy plays an important role in strengthening the national identity and resistance of society and is a deterrent in the context of hybrid aggression from the Russian Federation.У статті здійснюється спроба політологічного аналізу особливостей гуманітарної політики як напряму державної політики, специфіки реалізації міжнародної гуманітарної політики, а також кореляції національної стійкості та гуманітарної політики держави. З’ясовано, що гуманітарна політика ґрунтується на визнанні невід’ємних прав людини, в тому числі права на гідне життя для кожного, незалежно від національних, расових, релігійних, вікових, статевих, індивідуальних або соціальних ознак. Гуманітарна сфера об’єднує такі політики: культурну, релігійну, політику у сфері науки, політику у сфері освіти, охорону здоров’я населення та політику у сфері туризму, спорту та фізичної культури. Одним із найефективніших інструментів координації зазначених вище політик може бути система стратегічних комунікацій держави. Доведено, що державна гуманітарна політика уособлює суспільний феномен і завжди пов’язана зі специфікою громадянського суспільства. Головною метою сучасної гуманітарної політики України є максимальне розкриття потенціалу кожної людини, створення гідних умов для реалізації усіх її інтелектуальних і творчих можливостей.
