At the same time, the author analyses the texts of foreign constitutions with a view to identifying the provisions regulating the institution of restriction of rights and freedoms. In this aspect, the author identifies the main differences between states in the way they enshrine the mechanisms of restriction of rights and freedoms at the level of their basic laws (with regard to establishing the limits of this legal phenomenon, formulating the purpose, and in relation to the requirements of international legal acts in the field of human rights).Стаття присвячена дослідженню системи міжнародно-правових стандартів обмеження прав і свобод людини, які закріплені у основних міжнародних документах. Разом з тим, автор аналізує тексти конституцій зарубіжних країн з метою виявлення норм, які регламентують інститут обмеження прав і свобод.
