The article examines the challenges that people face in obtaining the profession of a lawyer and in performing the work of a judge, prosecutor, notary, advocate, lawyer because of the introduction of quarantine and the transition to distance learning and work. The research draws attention to the need for new knowledge and tools, because changing the form of learning and work should not impair the quality of education and work. The article analyzes the causes of various problems in distance learning, suggests ways to solve them, provides suggestions for forms of learning after the abolition of quarantine restrictions and draws attention to the need to keep distance learning for some categories of students. It is also proposed to improve in the legislation the regulation of relations in information law, IT law, personal data protection. Attention is also drawn to the need to research the influence of distance learning and work on people's mental and physical health.
