Співробітництво територіальних громад як драйвер їх розвитку

Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню співробітництва територіальних громад.
У першому розділі роботи розглядаються питання сутності співробітництва територіальних громад та його основні форми та нормативно-правові засади співробітництва територіальних громад.
Другий розділ присвячений таким питанням: динаміка та структура міжмуніціпального співробітництва в Україні, а також роль громадських інститутів у розвитку співробітництва територіальних громад.
Третій розділ детально розглядає зміцнення громадської участі у прийнятті рішень щодо співробітництва громад, розвиток ініціатив та проєктів громадських інститутів та перспективи розвитку громадських інститутів як інструменту співробітництва територіальних громад.

The thesis is devoted to the study of cooperation between territorial communities.
The first chapter of the work examines the issue of the essence of cooperation between territorial communities and its main forms, as well as the regulatory and legal foundations of cooperation between territorial communities.
The second chapter is devoted to the following issues: the dynamics and structure of inter-municipal cooperation in Ukraine, as well as the role of public institutions in the development of cooperation between territorial communities.
The third section examines in detail the strengthening of public participation in decision-making regarding community cooperation, the development of initiatives and projects of public institutions, and the prospects for the development of public institutions as a tool for territorial community cooperation.
This work is an important contribution to the study of cooperation between territorial communities in Ukraine.
