This paper conducts a structured SWOT analysis for an IT project focused on developing a CRM system to automate beauty salon operations. It evaluates how centralizing customer data, automating scheduling, and leveraging real-time analytics enhance service quality and business competitiveness. The study identifies key internal weaknesses and external threats, such as high initial costs, staff adaptation challenges, and cybersecurity or data privacy risks. Furthermore, pairwise evaluations are presented to align strengths with market opportunities while mitigating financial and operational risks. Ultimately, the analysis offers strategic recommendations to ensure successful deployment, reliable data protection, and sustained long-term growth.
